Farm Friends is a wonderful event here in Fayetteville where kids (and adults) can interact with farm animals and learn more about these animals. They also provide a beans, ham and cornbread meal for everyone. Asa had a ball to say the least. We could not go around the stalls fast enough for him. He petted every animal, except the cows - guess they were a bit to big and well, just a bit too big. He tried to get as close as possible and then gently stroked their fur. There was also a saddle to ride (fun!) and a fake cow to milk.
